Founded in 1976, we specialize in luxury landscape design, expert construction, and high-level property maintenance — delivering tailored outdoor environments that are both timeless and enduring.

President & Founder
Our story begins with Don Dawson, a Niagara-on-the-Lake native who developed a deep appreciation for the land while growing up on his family’s fruit farm, Dawland Orchards. After studying Horticulture at the University of Guelph, Don returned home with a vision: to bring a higher level of design, craftsmanship, and care to residential landscapes throughout the region.
Today, that legacy continues with his son, Mark Dawson, who leads the next generation of Dawland with the same passion and commitment to excellence. Backed by a team of experienced professionals, we approach each project with precision, intention, and a deep respect for both nature and design.
