DESIGN AGREEMENT

- A custom design agreement is sent to you
- Outlines the design fee, process, and your project goals
- When you’re ready, sign and return to get started.
At this point a design timeline will be sent so you know what to expect and when to expect it.
THE SITE EVALUATION
Details matter - and we capture them all.
- Return to property for full measurements and elevation checks
- Assess existing conditions, opportunities, and constraints
- Identify potential issues and recommend solutions
- Take detailed reference photos
A base plan is created from these findings (not a legal survey, but a solid working foundation).
THE DESIGN STAGE

Concept Plans
- Two unique layout options with structure and flow
- Includes patios, walls, pathways, beds, and key features
- Material and colour samples presented
- Plant themes and ideas provided (not a full list)
- Inspirational photos included for reference
Your feedback guides the next step - we refine until the layout feels right.
Master Plan Package
- Final layout with any revisions
- Professionally rendered in full colour and black & white
- Detailed hardscape plan with material list
- Full planting plan with plant list and visual palette
- Dimensioned layout for construction reference
- Includes both printed and digital PDF copies
Nothing moves forward until you’re 100% happy. Once approved, we move into costing and construction.
