Pre-Construction
MEETING
Before construction starts, a pre- construction meeting is scheduled to communicate times of material delivery and location of supplies on site as well as property access for construction vehicles. This will help to ensure the property is always accessible for necessary machinery during the project. We will also use this time to provide clients with a realistic view of what to expect throughout the build. Lastly, the team lead will review and confirm all materials, colors, and patterns as per the discussed design.
DURING
tHE PROJECT
Each project is designated to one of Dawland’s experienced project managers and/or foremans. Their role is to coordinate with the design team as well as sub trades and potential third parties. During the project, often lots of activity can happen at once therefore our team leads will consistently provide clients with day to day schedules. With our experienced project managers and foreman's, you can put your trust in them to make your vision a reality!
FINAL
WALKTHROUGH
At the end of the project, Dawland’s team leads will conduct a final walk-through of the property. We pride ourselves in holding our properties to the highest of standards and will ensure each property meets these values prior to our team’s sign-off.
